The CTUF Quest Center Cohort at NLU will enable you to strengthen your assessment and curriculum development skills and prepare you to fill specialized, in-demand positions in CPS schools.

The National College of Education (NCE) at NLU has a long-standing reputation for its education programs. The LBS1 Endorsement program at NLU is designed for teachers, administrators, and school service professionals looking to add a specialized endorsement to their teaching license. This LBS1 Endorsement program gives you the knowledge and skills to work in inclusive classrooms and school settings, with the ability to use Universal Design for Learning strategies to effectively reach all students. NLU is pleased to offer our LBS I course sequence to CTUF Quest Center members at a significant discount from published tuition rates.
The Middle-Level Mathematics Endorsement is designed for teachers looking to improve learning outcomes in your school and seek a unique program to help you stand out from others in the job market. This Endorsement provides you with a strong background in the mathematical concepts, methods, and theories needed for teaching mathematics to students in 5th through 8th grades. Teachers interested in Middle-Level Math can take advantage of this chance to earn their Endorsement before ISBE changes the middle-level teaching requirements in January 2018.
