CTUF Quest Center Chicago OSHA in partnership with American Federation of Teachers (AFT) Health Issues and Chicago Public Schools (CPS) provides career and technical educators and students the support, training resources, and OSHA 10-Hour Construction or General Industry trainer card for students authorized by the University Of Cincinnati Great Lakes OSHA Education Center.
The OSHA Student Card Processing Service supports teachers in providing the 10 Hour General or Construction Trainee Cards to students with ease. CPS teachers who are CHICAGO OSHA Authorized Trainers will use the “CTUF Quick Pass Code” to process the invoice when completing the Outreach Training Program Report (OTPR). Great Lakes OSHA Education Center will receive payment from CTUF to issue the OSHA trainee cards to students delivered by mail.
OSHA 10-Hour Trainee Cards Service Directions:
- OSHA Authorized Trainer completes the OSHA Training Program Report (OTPR). See below for a how-to video from Great Lakes
- When completing the payment form for issuing the cards, use the CTUF Quick Pass Code: Email Michael Moriarty to receive the Quick Pass Code
- OSHA Authorized Trainer emails the OTPR and Payment Invoice to CTUF.
- Students receive their OSHA Trainee Card in the mail to the address filed in their OSHA account through Great Lakes OSHA Education Center.
