Charise R. Bennett
Charise has always been passionate about education, having spent the bulk of her career in educational publishing, understands the importance of inclusion and differentiated instruction for all learners. Through her work in association and nonprofit management, Charise recognizes the need for volunteers focused on the mission and values of the organizations being served. Currently, Charise serves as the Vice President of her chapter in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., a community-conscious, social action-oriented organization. As the VP, Charise organizes and leads community events, manages scholarship selection/awarding processes, and coordinates volunteers all in an effort to benefit Chicago communities. In addition to being a community servant and leader in her sorority chapter, Charise is a talented writer and speaker focused in the comedic arts.
